Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Bobbie Purser (they/he) is making a name for himself by marrying poetic lyricism with soaring alt-rock soundscapes.

Their razor-sharp storytelling and genre-bending production style has earned them performances with Olive Klug and Jake Wesley Rogers, selection for the 2024 Keychange U.S. artist development program, and a featured single - "Blue & Green" - on John Mayer's Sirius XM radio show, Life With John. Purser’s experience as one of Nashville’s transgender artists was chronicled by Nashville Scene in 2023.

The Zero Sum (EP) marks an undeniable milestone in Purser’s career. The anthemic single “Over Rocks” is the first of Purser’s songs to surpass 100k streams and inspire fan-generated content across social media. In the spring of 2026, Brooklyn Choir Project commissioned and debuted Purser’s 85-person choral arrangement of “Over Rocks” for two sold-out shows at the historic First Unitarian Congregational Society in New York City.

Purser’s immersive sound and emotional performances make him what Tuned Up Magazine calls "an emerging force."

praise for zero sum

“[Pyramids is] five minutes and forty four seconds of sonic wizardry as Purser’s voice spins, floats, soars over truly epic production. Treat yourself and be transported”
