purser is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter Bobbie Purser. Based in his hometown of Nashville, Purser is steadily carving a space for folk-rock in Music City.

Hailed by Tuned Up magazine as “an emerging force," their rich voice, cinematic instrumentals, and masterfully crafted lyrics draw comparisons to Madison Cunningham and jeff buckley.

Purser’s featured performances include Nashville Pride, the Nashville Scene’s Best of Nashville Festival, Sofar Sounds Best of the Listening Room, headlining Queerfest, and opening for Jake Wesley Rogers’ homecoming show of his Peace, Love, and Pluto Tour.
